| 岩棉外墙外保温系统施工要点 Key Construction Points of Rockwool Exterior Wall Exterior Insulation System 1.施工前，应根据设计和本规程要求以及相关的技术标准编制针对工程项目的节能保温专项施工方案，并应对施工人员进行技术交底和专业技术培训。 1. Construction shall meet the following requirements: （1）基层墙体及其水泥砂浆找平层处理及预埋件安装完毕。 (1) The treatment of base wall and cement mortar leveling layer and the installation of embedded parts have been completed. （2）必要的施工机具和劳防用品应已准备齐全。 (2) Necessary construction equipment and labor protection equipment should be ready. （3）施工专用脚手架应搭设牢固，安全检验合格。脚手架立杆与水平杆与墙面，墙角的间距应满足施工要求。 (3) Special scaffolding for construction shall be firmly erected and qualified for safety inspection. The spacing between scaffolding pole and horizontal pole and wall surface should meet the construction requirements. （4）基层墙体应坚实平整，表面干燥，不得有开裂，空鼓，松动或泛碱，水泥砂浆找平层的粘结强度，平整度及垂直度应符合（建筑装饰装修工程质量验收规范）GB50210中普通抹灰工程质量的要求。 (4) The base wall should be firm and flat, the surface is dry, no cracking, empty drum, loose or pan-alkali, the bond strength of cement mortar leveling layer, the smoothness and verticality should meet the quality requirements of plastering engineering in GB50210 (Quality Acceptance Specification for Building Decoration and Decoration Engineering). |
